Welcome to Elves on DA, a community for all who love/like/obssess over elves and elf-like characters, this includes: Tolkien, dark/drow, forest, winged, vampiric, elemental, made up, Elfquest, even santa elves and any other you can think of!

If you love drawing or writing about elves, feel free to join as a member or a supporter.

We'll be holding competitions and projects on a regular basis, help make this community as interactive as possible!

Sorry everyone, I know the contest was supposed to get started last week, things just got really hectic for a bit there. The Secret Lives of Elves Contest is now running, so get started on those entries!

Thanks to everyone for your input in the poll. It was interesting to read your opinions. I was expecting there to be a clear favorite, but since there seemed to be enthusiasm for all three ideas, maybe I'll use the other two later on.

Sorry two of the ideas fell into the "done to death" category, lol....I just imagined three drawings I might do, and based the themes on them. Guess I don't get around enough to know they weren't as original as I thought they were.

I have begun to remove the older deviations in the gallery...trying to get the total down to a more manageable number.

I must ask all members with ANY general questions to please send a note to the club instead of commenting on the journals. I prefer not to have this done on the journals, especially since the answer can usually be found by looking elsewhere. Thanks in advance.
